SUMMONS

To: The heirs and devisees of JOHN E. WHITE and ROBERTA B. WHITE, both deceased; the City of Clark Fork, Idaho, a body corporate and politic, as well as its citizens and the public at large; and each person or entity claiming any right, estate, title, lien or interest in or to the following described real property or any part thereof:

A portion of Section 2, Township 55 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows:

Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 10, Block 11 of Clarksfork, as recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 114; thence Northwesterly along the extension of the Southwesterly line of said lot 10 to an intersection with the East-West centerline of said Section 2; thence Easterly along said East- West centerline to the West line of Callahan Street; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly extension of the Easterly line of Lot 12, Block 11 of said Plat to the most Northwesterly corner of said Lot 12, Block 11; thence Westerly along the North line of Lots 10, 11, and 12, Block 11 of Clarksfork to the Point of Beginning.

You have been sued by PAUL TRUNNEL and BARBARA TRUNNELL, the plaintiffs, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2005-01579.

The nature of the claim against you is quieting of title to real property.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons the court may enter a judgement against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the case number, and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, telephone number (208)265-1432 and served a copy of your response on the plaintiff's attorney at the office of Stephen F. Smith, Attorney at Law, Chartered, 102 Superior Street, P.O. Box C, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, telephone number (208)263-3115.
