NOTICE OF HEARING ON NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change th name of David Solomon Jundvall, born 2/17/72, in Seattle, WA, residing at 1510 Mathison, Sandpoint, has been filed in Bonner County District Court, Idaho. The name will change to David Solomon Barrett because I am changing from my adoptive father's name to my biological. The petitioner's father is living and his address is 821 Eagle Ridge Rd., P.A., WA 98363. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 12202 N. Lk. Shore Dr., Cottage #3, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 2:00 o'clock p.m. on January 9, 2005, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a good reason against the name change.
