SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 155

The city of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, hereby gives notice of the adoption of Kootenai Ordinance an ordinance of the city of Kootenai, a municipal corporation of the state of Idaho, amending the side yard set back to fifteen feet for zero lot line for common wall construction, two-family dwellings and multi-family dwellings; providing for severability; repealing ordinance provisions in conflict with this ordinance and providing that the Ordinance be effective upon the publication of this Summary.
