NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509, notice is given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Kootenai, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 2nd day of January, 2006 at the Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St, Kootenai, Idaho to provide an opportunity for all interested people to be heard regarding an ordinance adding provisions to the Subdivision Regulations and the Short Plat Procedures to require the installation of driveway approaches and culverts as part of the subdivision improvements and to provide for an inspection of the subdivision improvements by the City's inspector with the developer paying the cost of the inspector being considered by the City Council.

Said Ordinance is available in full, for review by any person at the Kootenai City Hall during regular business hours.
