IN regards to THE name change of:

amanda lynn swindoll,

DOB: Janaury 23, 1998

A minor Child,

A Petition by GREGORY S. BAUER, whose daughter was born on January 23, 1998, in the State of Washington, but who is now residing at 521 Hidden Valley Road, Spirit Lake, Idaho 83869, proposing a change in name for his daughter to AMANDA LYNN BAUER, has been filed in the above entitled Court. The reason for this change in name being that the biological mother of said child does not have custody of the child, and her whereabouts are unknown. She is not involved in the child's life.

Such petition is scheduled for 9:00 o'clock a.m. on February 13, 2006, before the Honorable Barbara Buchanan at Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the court a good reason against such a change of name.
