Hazel Grace (Wyatt) Crawford, 83, left this world on Friday, Jan. 28, 2005, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 4, 2005, at Moon Chapel.

Hazel was born in Sandpoint on April 26, 1921, to Raymond Robert and Josephine (Holbrook) Wyatt. She graduated from Sandpoint High School. In 1945, she married Harlan Crawford. They built a home north of Sandpoint and resided in the area the rest of their lives. Hazel was active in the Four Corners Club in her younger years and in more recent years she enjoyed spending time with the ladies from the Nazarene Church.

Survivors include her sister, Murle Rogers of Sandpoint; her sisters-in-law, Blanche Wyatt of Sandpoint, and Lilly Hedlund of Port Angeles, Wash.; her brother-in-law, Bob Lindsay of Spokane, Wash; her sons, Donald Crawford and wife, Leona, of Kent, Wash., Harry Crawford and wife, Beverly of Moore, Idaho, and Ronald Crawford and wife, Toni, of Sandpoint; her grandchildren, Jeff Crawford, Becky Crapo, Tony Crawford, Brian Crawford, Rainie Crawford, Brittany Crawford and Lindy Crawford; her great-grandchildren, Alexa Crawford, Mitchell Crawford and Aralynn Crapo; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Harlan; her parents, Josephine and Raymond Wyatt; a brother, Ralph; and a sister, Ruth.

The joys of Hazel's life, aside from her family, were her garden and helping others. With this thought in mind, the family suggests memorials in Hazel's name to be sent to Bonner Community Hospice, Attn.: Healing Garden, P.O. Box 1448, Sandpoint, ID 83864.
