Full-time position to administer and manager the financial operation s of the CDHA is available. A BS in finance or accounting is required; CPA preferred; or equivalent of 10 years supervisory position in fund accounting, preferably property management or construction related. Direct experience in public housing accounting, banking, financing, audit preparation is desirable. Applicant must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of human resource requirements, financial reporting, proficiency in financial software applications, and procurement practices.
