NOTICE OF
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Separate sealed Bids for the Hayden Lake Irrigation District, 2005 Well House Project will be received by the Hayden Lake Irrigation District, the Owner, at the Hayden Lake Irrigation District Office located at 2160 W. Dakota, Hayden, Idaho until 2:00 o'clock p.m., prevailing local time, February 15, 2005. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. A pre-bid meeting will be held at the District Office located at 2160 W. Dakota at 1:30 p.m. local time February 10, 2005.
The project generally consists of the following work:
Provide one new well house around existing well #4, including all site work, building, piping, 200 hp pump motor, standby generation, electrical, and well house HVAC.

Copies of the contract documents may be obtained at the office of the J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. upon payment of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) for each set. Payment is to be made to J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. and is non-refundable.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his Bid a 5% bid security in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid this work. This project is not funded with Federal Funds and Davis-Bacon wages will not apply.
Bid pricing shall be fixed for a minimum of thirty-five (35) days after the date of the opening thereof.
