THORNBERRY, THE ESTATE OF FRED JOHNSON, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF FRED JOHNSON, THE ESTATE OF VIOLA JOHNSON, THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF VIOLA JOHNSON, JOHN DOES I-III, JANE DOES I-III, AND ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE FOLLOWING PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF KOOTENAI, STATE OF IDAHO, TO-WIT: That portion of Lot 2, Section 33, Township 48 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian, Kootenai County, Idaho more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a Witness Tree located near West line of Lot 2; thence East 214 feet to a point; thence North to the Shore of Cave Lake; thence West 214 feet; thence South to the POINT OF BEGINNING; EXCEPTING a 30 foot strip for a roadway, extending East from the POINT OF BEGINNING; And measuring from South to North.

You have been sued by JOHN R. THORNBERRY, a married man dealing in his sole and separate property and DIAN KARIN (THORNBERRY) BROWN, a married person dealing in her sole and separate property, the Plaintiff's, in the District Court in and for Kootenai County, Idaho, Case No. CV-04-7946.

The nature of the claim against you is for QUIET TITLE, regarding the real property described above. The Defendants are named as persons who may claim an interest in the real property described above. The Plaintiff's attorney has no personal knowledge of a more particular description of the real property described above, but for the purposes of complying with Idaho Code section 60-113, information concerning the location of said real property may be obtained from the Plaintiff's attorney, at the address and telephone number set forth below. In addition, the Plaintiff's attorney has been informed that the real property described above may be commonly known 13423 E. Lay, Medimont, Idaho.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 501 Government Way, P.O.B 9000, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83816-9000, (208)446-1160 and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiff's attorney at EDWIN B.
