NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of application for a Special Notice Permit, Case No. SN-171-04, a request by Marshall and Margaret Freeman for a Special Notice Permit for an Accessory Building in the Restricted Residential zone prior to establishing primary use for the lot. The proposed Accessory Building is on .472 acres of land. the parcel is located on the east side of Hayden Lake, 12400 N. Barrister Bar Lane, Hayden, ID 83835. The parcel is further described as Sandbar Point, Lot 7 and the West 10' - North 150' of Lot 8, Section 11, Township 51 North, Range 03 West, Parcel 0-7020-000-007-A, B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho.
