NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kootenai County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at or after the hour of 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, February 17, 2005, in Board Chambers of the Kootenai County Administration Building, located at 451 Government Way, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to consider the following: Case No. C-1105-04, Dances with Bears Campground, a request by John Moore for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a Commercial Resort on approximately 40 acres in the Agriculture zone. This Commercial Resort will consist of a remote campground with approximately 23 Recreational Vehicle spaces and one acre for tent camping. There will be limited services provided for seasonal campers. The site is located on the east side of Latour Creek Road approximately 8.2 miles south of Interstate 90. The site is described as a portion of the E 1/2 of Section 27, Township 48 North, Range 1 West, B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho.
