NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of application of a Short Plat, Case No. SP243-04, Stott Acres, a request by Tom Stott to replat Lot 9, Block 1 of Stott Ranch Estates. The result of this replat will create two (2) lots. The site is located on the north side of Bloomfield Road, on the south side of Deer Road approximately one mile from Highway 97. The site is described as Lot 9, Block 1 of Stott Ranch Estates in the NW 1/4 of Section 5, Township 48 North, Range 3 West, B.M., Kootenai County, Idaho.
