Trustee's Sale No. 02-WG-38052 Notice is hereby given that, Regional Trustee Services Corporation, the duly appointed Successor Trustee, will on May 10, 2005, at the hour of T 11:00 AM, of said day, at the main entrance to Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. 105 Pine Street, Sandpoint, ID, sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real and personal property (hereafter referred to collectively as the "Property"), situated in the County of Bonner, State of Idaho, to-wit: Part of Section 14, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, described as follows: The South 200.00 feet of the North 1510.00 feet of the East half of the Southwest Quarter and the East Half of the West half of the Southwest Quarter in Section 14, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho. Lying West of Hoodoo Creek as delineated by a Traverse of the West Bank of said Creek, filed in Book 46 of Miscellaneous, Page 137, Records of Bonner County Idaho. The Trustee has no knowledge of a more particular description of the above-referenced Property but, for purposes of compliance with Section 60-113 of Idaho Code, the Trustee has been informed that the address of 761 Wakena Lane, Priest River, ID 83856, is sometimes associated with said real property. Said sale will be made without covenant or warranty regarding title, possession or encumbrances to satisfy the obligation secured by and pursuant to the power of sale conferred in the Deed of Trust executed by Michael R Gotham and Lisa D Gotham, husband and wife, as Grantor, to Sandpoint Title, as Trustee, for the benefit and security of Long Beach Mortgage Company, as Beneficiary, dated 9/5/2001, recorded 9/26/2001, under Instrument No. 588514, Mortgage records of Bonner County, Idaho, the beneficial interest in which is presently held by Wachovia Bank, N.A., f/k/a First Union Bank, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2001-4 . The above Grantors are named to comply with Section 45-1506(4)(A), Idaho Code. No representation is made that they are, or are not, presently responsible for this obligation.
