PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Dover City Council has initiated a proposal to amend the existing language of the City of Dover Zoning Ordinance so as to provide for a revised definition of building height and provide a method to measure and determine building height in all zones. Additionally, the ordinance will be amend so as to provide for a revised definition and a method to measure and determine building height in all zones.

The Dover City Council will conduct a public hearing on this proposal at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2005 at the Dover Community Hall located at 102 E. Washington Street, Dover, Idaho. Information and copies of the proposal are available for public review during regular business hours by contacting 263-4720 or 265-8339. Public comment is encouraged.
