NOTICE OF HEARING

A petition by Joyce Pamela McLaughlin, the mother of Katherine Imogene Rose Raynor, born June 21, 1992, at Reno, Nevada, now residing at 214 E. Mountain View Road, Clark Fork, Idaho proposing a change in name to Katherine Imogene RoseMcLaughlin has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for the change in name being that said child has been abandoned by her father and desires to be known by her mothers last name. The name of the child's father is Barry Joe Raynor, whose current address is unknown. Such petition will be heard at a courtroom of the Bonner County Courthouse, Sandpoint, Idaho on the 2 day of March, 2005, at the hour of 9:30 o'clock a.m., or at such time thereafter as the court may appont, and objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the court a good reason against such a change of name.
