NOTICE OF INITIAL DISTRICT ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

The Little Blacktail Ranch Water District has been formed by an Order of the District Court dated January 12, 2005. The Board wishes to provide this Notice of its initial organizational meeting which will be held as follows:

Date: February 15, 2005

Time: 7 PM

Location: The Grant residence at 975 Silverado Rd. Careywood, ID 83809

At its initial organizational meeting, the elected Board of Directors (the "Board") will be considering and adopting a resolution, and taking other action, relating to the initial organization of the District and setting forth rules and standards about the operation of the District. You are invited to attend and provide input.

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold separate public hearings at their regular meeting on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

1. CUP05-01 - A Conditional Use Permit request by Stephen Lockwood for a 16-unit housing development located adjacent to the west boundary of Hickory Park and described as a portion of land located in the SE 1/4 - SW 1/4 of Section 15, Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M., Bonner County, Idaho.

2. PUD01-01 & CUP01-03 (continued from December 7, 2004) - A request by the Bella Vista Group to amend PUD01-01 & CUP01-03 to increase the number of condominium units from 125 to 142, to increase the maximum building height to 55 feet 6 inches, to modify the off-street parking requirement, and to allow limited public use of spa facilities within the clubhouse of the 'Seasons at Sandpoint' Development (formerly Waterfront Village/TimberBay). The approximately 9-acre site is located along Lake Pend O'Reille north of the Edgewater Resort north of Bridge Street.
