ORDINANCE NO. 6-9f

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO; AMENDING PONDERAY MUNICIPAL CODE S 10-107(F); PROVIDING FOR A NEW TYPICAL ROAD SECTION; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Ponderay have determined that Ponderay Municipal Code S 10-107(f) should be amended to provide for the adoption of a new Typical Road Section, and that the amendment would be in the best interest of the City and its citizens;

Now, therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO;

Section 1.00

Ponderay Municipal Code S 10-107(f) is hereby amended as follows:

(f) All slopes, ditches, and particulars of roadway roads designed, constructed or offered for City acceptance shall conform to the following "Typical Road Section" attached hereto, or as may be adopted from time to time by Resolution of the City Council.

Section 2.00

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval, and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Sandpoint and the official newspaper of the City of Ponderay and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.

ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Ciyt of Ponderay on the 7th day of February, 2005.
