NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the city of Kootenai will hear a proposed zone change for the properties in Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M., Bonner County, Idaho, listed below to Commercial/Industrial (C/I).
A public hearing before the City Council of the City of Kootenai will take place before the City Council on the 7th day of March, 2005 at 7:00 P.M. at city of Kootenai City Hall located at 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, Idaho.
All persons desiring to be heard concerning said zoning change should be in attendance. The file relating to this proposal is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Kootenai City Hall.
The property that is the subject of this proposal is:
That portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M., City of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter of Section 1;
Thence north along the west line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 1783 feet, more or less, to the southerly right-of-way line of the Spokane International Railroad;
Thence northeasterly along said southerly right-of-way line, a distance of 638 feet, more or less, to the east line of the tract described as Parcel #7 in the Grant Deed with Instrument Number 616971;
Thence south along the east line of said Grant Deed Parcel and along the east line of the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 422916 and the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 661671, a distance of 1171 feet, more or less, to the north right-of-way line of Second Avenue.
Thence continuing south 60 feet to a point on the north right-of-way line of said Second Avenue, said point being also the northeast corner of the tract described in the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 469330;
Thence continuing south along the east line of said Warranty Deed and along the east line of the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 424352 and the tract described as Parcel #4 in the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 616971, a distance of 398 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner of the tract described in the Warranty Deed with Instrument Number 407448;
Thence east along the north line of said tract and along its easterly prolongation, a distance of 403 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way line of Boise Street;
Thence south along said west right-of-way, a distance of 643 feet, more or less, to the south line of said Southwest quarter;
Thence west along said south line, a distance of 804 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
