| February 16, 2005 8:00 PM

Leonard "Lenny" Murzin, 61, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 12, 2005, in Sandpoint, Idaho.

Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 19, 2005, at the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Vay, Idaho, with Pastor Clyde Owens from the Spirit Valley Christian Fellowship officiating. Graveside services will be held later this spring at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Loudon, N.H.

Lenny was born on Nov. 3, 1943, in Bedford, N.H., the son of the late Aleck and Ethel (Welch) Murzin of Loudon.

He loved animals, haying and working in the woods. Lenny was an honest man with many friends in the Hoodoo Valley and surrounding area. His cheerful personality and witty humor will be missed by all.

Lenny is survived by three brothers, six sisters, many nieces, nephews great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins residing mostly in New Hampshire and along the Eastern seaboard.

For the past seven years, Lenny's strength has been the "Serenity Prayer:" God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint.
