NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR SURPLUS EQUIPMENT SALES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Independent Highway District Board of Commissioners declared a 1994 Elgin Crosswind Dual Street Sweeper as surplus equipment at the July 14, 2004 public meeting. The District will hold a public hearing to address the sale of the equipment on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at 6:00 p.m. at the District shop located at 1805 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint, Idaho. Any persons interested may appear and show cause why the sale of the equipment should not be made. Should the District proceed with the sale of the Elgin sweeper, the sweeper will be on display at the District shop located at 1805 Baldy Mountain Road, Sandpoint from March 9 through March 22nd. A minimum bid of $30,000.00 will be required. Sealed bids must be delivered to the District shop no later than noon on Wednesday, March 22, 2005.
