PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Wednesday, March 16, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

S04-04 - A request by Star Development and the Goodman Trust for preliminary subdivision approval of a 29-lot subdivision development. The approximately 21-acre parcel is located west of and adjoining the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way between Woodland Drive and Mountain View Loop, and described as the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 in Section 9, and that portion of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 less the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 east of the county road in Section 10, all in Township 57 North, Range 2 W.B.M.
