A Petition by Joan Catherine Riffel, born March 8, 1970 in santa Rosa, California now residing at 1763 Rapid Lightning Rd., Sanpoint, Idaho, proposing a change in name to Joan Catherine Nelson has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being that I want to go back to my maiden name. Such petition will be heard at 1:30 o'clock p.m., on November 22, 2004, in courtroom number __ at the Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
