RE-LICENSING MEETINGS FOR LAKE CREEK HYDROELECTRIC PROJECT

TROY, MT

Northern Lights, Inc, an electric cooperative, is re-licensing the Lake Creek Project. The public and all interested parties are invited to attend a meeting explaining the re-licensing process and soliciting information about the Project. Representatives of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and Northern Lights will be available to provide information and answer questions. The meeting times and locations are:

? July 12, 2005 from 9 - 11 a.m. (MDT) at Libby, MT, Libby City Building, Ponderosa Room

? July 12, 2005 from 2 - 4 p.m. (MDT) Site visit. Meet at USFS parking lot in Troy

? July 12, 2005 from 7 - 9 p.m. (MDT) at Troy, MT, United Methodist Church in Troy

? July 13, 2005 from 7 - 9 p.m. (PDT) at Sagle, ID, Northern Lights Community Room, 421 Chevy Street, Sagle, ID.
