TS No. 05-08385 Doc ID #000801774392005N Title Order No. 5610320 Parcel No. RPN04W160100A The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States, At the main entrance to Alliance Title & Escrow Corp., 105 Pine Street, Sandpoint, ID, on 10/20/2005 at 11:00 am, (recognized local time) for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Deed of Trust recorded 12/16/2004 as Instrument Number 666355, and executed by Jon M Jessee, an unmarried man, as Grantor(s), in favor of "MERS" Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Beneficiary, to ReconTrust Company, N.A., the Current Trustee of record, covering the following real property located in Bonner County, state of Idaho: "EXHIBIT A" The East Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter in Section 16, Township 58 North Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.
