Nick Nicolls of 489 Heavenly Heights, Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864 has applied for a zone change, planned unit development and preliminary plat for twelve residential lots and common area on approximately thirty-six acres. The subject parcels are owned by The Silver Nicoll Inc. and William and Mary Ammar. The site is currently zoned agricultural. The request is for rural zoning. Proposed lots range from approximately two acres to three acres in size with an approximate five acre common area. The development would be accessed by a proposed private road intersecting with Pine Street.
