NOTICE OF HEARING OF NAME CHANGE

A Petition to change the name of Myrielle B. Beldon, born 9-06-93 in Sandpoint, State of Idaho, now residing at Kootenai, to Amber Brooke Beldon has been filed in first County District Court, Idaho, as Case No. CV 2005-01177. The reason for the name changes is: Father made fun of her - Myrielle from Hell - she hates her name now, wants to be Amber.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on August 29, 2005, at the County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against the name changes.
