NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at the Panhandle Health District Meeting Room, 322 Marion Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1121-04 - S & L RANCH - PRELIMINARY PLAT - LEE SCHOFIELD & RANDY & LAURA LOESCH are seeking approval to subdivide a +/-10-acre tract into 2 lots of +/-5 acres. The site is zoned Rural, and is located off of Spirit Lake Cutoff Road, +/-6 miles northeast of the community of Blanchard, in Section 17, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1163-05 - BRIGHTON PLACE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RONALD & VIDA PROVOLT, ET AL. are requesting to subdivide a +/-10.33 acre parcel into two +/- 5 acre lots. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Rapid Lightning Road, approximately 10 miles northeast of the city of Sandpoint in Section 16, Township 58 North, Range 1 East, B.M.

2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1140-04 - MT. BALDY VIEW ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - CHARLES BECKER is requesting to subdivide a +/-36.5 acre parcel into two +/- 5-acre lots and one +/-26.5 acre remainder. The site is zoned Rural and is located off of Wrenco Loop Road, approximately 5 miles west of the city of Sandpoint in Section 33, Township 57 North, Range 3 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
