PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, June 29, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1154-05 - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOYFUL ACRES - DEBBY TRINEN is seeking to subdivide a +/-3.65 parcel into 3 lots between +/-1.19 and +/-1.24 acres. The subject property is zoned Suburban and is accessed by Upland Drive in Section 17, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1168-05 - GOLDENWILLOW RIVER ESTATES - JACK & SHIRLEY DAVIS are proposing to plat a +/-6.6 acre lot to bring into conformance a parcel divided contrary to Bonner County's subdivision laws. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Peninsula Loop Road in Sections 19 and 20, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
