FILING DEADLINE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That declarations of candidacy for the office of Commissioner for Sub-District #1 and Sub-District #2 of the Sandpoint Independent Highway District dba INDEPENDENT HIGHWAY DISTRICT must be filed with the District Attorney whose address is 320 North Second Avenue, Sandpoint, no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 24th of June, 2005.

Such declarations of candidacy are available at Bruce Greene's law office at 320 North Second Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho or can be requested by calling (208) 263-8131.

Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 8th day of July, 2005.
