PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, the 5th day of July, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for public input for the following:

1.To receive public testimony regarding increasing the plans review fee from twenty-five (25) percent to sixty-five (65) percent of the Building Permit fee based on the 1994 Uniform Building Code based on a valuation as specified in the April 2001 Data Sheet. The fee increase is to help cover costs incurred for services James A. Sewell & Associates provides for the City of Ponderay.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
