NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that FRED R. THOLKE has been appointed Personal Representative for the estate of ERNEST H. THOLKE. All persons having claims against the deceased or his estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors, or said claims will be forever barred.
