Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Larry Henery of 1649 Garfield Bay Road-Sagle, Idaho 83864 made application to remove two sections of existing log seawall 180 lineal feet of shoreline and replace with 8" H-beam pile and pre-cast concrete panels and place riprap material along entire length of seawall face. Located on Pend Oreille Lake adjacent to: Tax Number 61, Parcel 4840; Section 22, Township 56 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian: Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
