Notice is hereby given that on July 9, 2005, commencing at the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m., Chad Moore, the owner/operator of Valu-Storage will conduct a public sale by auction to the highest bidder of the contents of Valu-Storage Unit #21. Said sale will be conducted at Valu-Storage Unit #21 which is located at Mile Post 464 - Highway 95, Cocolalla, Idaho.

The property to be sold includes household goods.

This sale will be conducted to foreclose a statutory lien upon said property as the stored contents of Valu-Storage Unit #21 pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 23, Title 55, Idaho Code. The person believed to be the owner of said property and her last known address are: Jocelyn Wessel, P.O. box 1042, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.
