Located on Lake Pend Oreille near Kootenai Point, Idaho adjacent to : Section 8, Township 57 North, Range 1 WEst; B.M.; in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South - Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
