Notice is being given that Troy's Mini Storage, shall on the 8th day of March, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., will sell at public auction the contents listed below to satisfy a storage lien in the sum of $294.91. Bidding starting at $294.91. All items shall be sold, as is, to the highest bidder. Unit #D-6

Items involved include:

Queen Mattress, headboard, dresser, misc. furniture, weed eater, actual seats for interior of vehicle and misc. items.

All goods shall be sold under the provisions of Idaho Chapter 23 Title 55-2306. The proceeds of said sale shall first be applied to the discharge of the lien and the costs incurred in this sale, and the reminder, if any, shall be held over to the owner.
