MAXIMUM SECURITY RATE PLAN FOR IDAHO DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS

Effective April 1, 2005, MCI(R) will increase certain collect and debit

calling rates within the MCI(r) Maximum Security Rate Plan that applies

to MCI's inmate telephone service contract with the Idaho Department of

Corrections.

The new rate structure for collect and debit calling will be for Local

calls, a $0.10 per minute with a $1.50 per call surcharge; and for

Intralata calls, a $0.15 per minute with a $1.75 per call surcharge.

Rates for Intrastate/Interlata calls will not change and will remain at

$0.30 per minute with a $2.25 per call surcharge .This may increase your

MCI total charges.
