NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING

NOTICE is heareby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, the 21st, day of March, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00pm. Said hearing is for the following:

1) A request by Jeff Dishwa/Northwest Masonry and Plastering for an additional forty (40) square feet of signage. Located at 477227 Highway 95. Known as the Ponderay Title Loan Building.

Written comments over one (1) page in length, must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
