A Petition by WILLIAM WINFIELD BALL, born 7-30-50 in Beausejour Manitoba, State of Canada, now residing at 393 Sky Hawk Dr., Spirit Lake, ID, proposing a change in name to William Winfield Sorrells has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being: Because Sorrells should be my leal name.

The petitioner's father is living.

Such petition will be heard at 9:00 o'clock a.m. on April 18, 2005, in a courtroom number at the Bonner County Courthouse with Honorable Judge Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
