Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a special public hearing on Tuesday March 29, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

ZC04-05 Maximum Building Height- An amendment to Sandpoint City Code, Section 9-3-6, to allow a maximum building height of 60 feet in the Commercial "D" zone. the present maximum building height is 45 feet. The Commission may recommend a maximum building height lower than 60 feet and may limit the areas where such height would be appropriate. The Commission could also require a Conditional Use Permit or Planned Unit Development process for proposed structures mare than 45 feet but less than 60 feet. The Commission will make a recommendation to the City Council on this proposed amendment.
