REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR BONNER COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Bonner County is requesting proposals for qualified Medical Director for Bonner County Emergency Medical services (EMS) within Bonner County. All proposals must be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners prior to the opening and shall be sealed. Proposals shall be clearly labeled "MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR BONNER COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES". Proposals shall be submitted to the Bonner County Commissioners, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 by the 1st day of April 2005.

Response must include history of service and confirmation of license must be provided. A detailed request for proposals may be obtained from the Bonner County Commissioners at 215 South First, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.

Objections to contents of the specifications must be registered in writing to the Board of Commissioners at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of the proposals. Objections not timely made will be deemed waived.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or accept the proposal they deem to be in the best interest of the County.
