Pursuant to Section 58-104(g), et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that City of Sandpoint of 1123 Lake Street-Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 has made application to reconfigure an existing slip using two 6'x20' floating docks and 12' ramp to allow moorage for a tour boat. Located on Pend Orielle Lake adjacent to: Section 23, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian; Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue-South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
