ORDINANCE NO. 6-21

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING PONDERAY MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 11-310 TO ADD A SUBSECTION (m), REQUIRING SUBMISSION OF AN AS-BUILT SITE PLAN AND SITE SURVEN IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION THEREOF.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO:

Section 1.00.

A new subsection (m) is hereby added to Ponderay Municipal Code S 11-310, as follows:

(m) As-Built Site Plan and Site Survey in Electronic Format. An As-Built Site Plan and Site Survey for every project requiring a site plan shall be submitted to the City on a CD-ROM in Auto-Cadd DGW format and in one or more of the following formats: DXF, JPG, DGN or BMP. Said Site lan and Site Survey shall be tied to at least two (2) known Glo Corners and shall include:

(1) all utilities and their appurtenances (i.e., power poles, transformers, storm drains, water valves, manholes, etc.);

(2) parking lots (paved and unpaved);

(3) approaches onto public and/or private access roads and/or streets;

(4) all physical features, such as green belts, trecs, stormwater collecting ponds, swales, and the like; and

(5) any other physical features deemed necessary by the City based the nature and extent of the project.

Section 2.00.

This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication in one issue of the Bonner County Daily Bee, a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Sandpoint and the official newspaper of the City of Ponderay and hereby declared to be the official newspaper for the publication of this Ordinance.

ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the City of Ponderay on the 7th day of March, 2005.
