Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that the WREN Foundation of 4820 Ezy Street, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83815 made application to place 4 small rafts to enhance loon nesting habitat. Located on Lake Pend Oreille near Hope, Idaho adjacent to: Section 18, Township 56 North North, Range 2 East; B.M. and Priest Lake near Coolin, Idaho adjacent to: Sections 19 & 32, Township 63 North North, Range 4 West and Section 9, Township 62 North, Range 4 West, B.M.: in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
