NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission shall conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, the 13th day of April, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:
1. A request by Crystal Creek LLC for a preliminary plat to subdivide approximately twenty-two (22) acres with a mix of commercial and residential uses pending zone change of eight point six (8.6) acres to residential, in a portion of the E 300 FT of Tax 7 less Highway R/W, tax 8 less Tax 30 in E2SENW. Located on the south side of Kootenai Cutoff Road between Waste Management and Pend Orielle Veterinary Service. Formerly know as the Deshon property. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the zone change at their March 9, 2005, Planning and Zoning meeting. The Ponderay City Council will hear the zone change request on April 4, 2005.
