NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners will be accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the following:

One (1) to Eight (8) Patrol Vehicles

Sheriff's Department

Bids will be opened on the 6th of April, 2005 at 9:00 am in the Commissioner's Office at the Bonner County Court House, Sandpoint, Idaho. All bids must be presented or otherwise delivered to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners prior to the opening and shall be sealed. Bids shall be clearly labeled "SEALED BID - Sheriff's Patrol Vehicles". Bids shall be submitted to the Bonner County Commissioners, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864 by the 6th day of April, 2005.

Bid specifications and bidders' instructions are available from the Sheriff's Office at 4001 North Boyer, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, attn: Undersheriff Charlie Dennis. Objections to contents of the specifications must be registered in writing to the Board of Commissioners at least ten (10) days prior to the opening of the bids. Objections not timely made will be deemed waived by the bidders.

The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or accept the bid they deem to be in the best interest of the County.
