NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the city of Kootenai will hear a request for a conditional use permit to operate a day care facility at 103 Hope Street, Kootenai, Idaho, in a residential zoning district. The property that is the subject of this application is more particularly described as:

Kootenai Townsite, Block 20, Lot 5, Section 1, Township 57N, Range 02 W, Boise Meridian, city of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho.

A public hearing before the City Council of the City of Kootenai will take place at the city council's regularly schedule council meeting on April 4, 2005 at 7:00P.M. at city of Kootenai City Hall located at 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, Idaho.

All persons desiring to be heard concerning said conditional use permit should be in attendance. The file relating to this proposal is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Kootenai City Hall. Written comments may be submitted prior to the council meeting, but must be received by the City Clerk no later than March 31, 2005 in order to be considered as part of the record.
