LEGAL NOTICE

The 2005 runsize of spring and summer Chinook salmon to the Snake River will be much lower than forecast, reducing fishery opportunity. Pursuant to his authority under Idaho Code Section 36-106(e)(6)(A), the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Director hereby closes the chinook salmon season on May 4 at the end of fishing hours, Mountain Daylight Time, in the lower Snake River.

Copies of Order 05-16 are available at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game headquarters office, 600 South Walnut Avenue, Boise, Idaho 83712.
