Commissioners' actions result in many questions

Questions:
If you made a campaign promise to encourage citizens to participate in county government, how could you go back on the promise with impunity?
If you felt that average citizens were seeing through your attempts to use conflict of interest to further your financial gains, how could you hide this action in plain sight?
If you wanted all county business to be above reproach, how would you be positive?
The answers to the above questions might be:
A. Hold business meetings at such times as to discourage taxpayer attendance.
B. Include county-paid lawyer in all discussions.
C. Invoke executive session whenever it pleases you.
Last question, why don't you go to Bonner County business meetings.
