NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER

Beneficial Mortgage Co., of Idaho, a Delaware Corporation,

Plaintiff,

vs.

Harold A. Krebs, a single man, a nd Patricia A. Miller, fka Patricia E. Watts, also Patricia E. Krebs,

Defendant.

By virtue of a Writ of Execution in my hands, issued out of the District Court of the First Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Bonner, in the above named case on the 29th day of March, 2005, I have levied upon all the right, title and interest of said Defendants in and to the following property, situated in Bonner County, Idaho:

Parcel 1:

The North 540 feet of that portion of Government Lots 3 and 4 and the South half of the Northwest quarter of Section 2, Township 58 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, lying West of the thread of Grouse Creek. EXCEPT the County Road right of way along the West line thereof.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 11th day of May, 2005, at 10:00 o'clock A.M. of said day, at the Courthouse, 215 S. First, Sandpoint, idaho, I will sell all the right, title and interest of said Defendants in and to the said above described property, at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States, to satisfy said Writ of Execution and all costs.
