NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Mark h. Ivie, whose mailing address is 2911 S. 208th St. #208, Seatac, WA 98198, has been named personal representative of the above-named decedent. All persons having claims against the Decedent or the Decedent's estate are required to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this Notice to Creditors, or said claims will be forever barred. Claims must be in writing, stating the basis of the claim, the name and address of the claimant, and the amount claimed. Claims must be delivered or mailed to the personal representative and also filed with the Clerk of the Court.
